If the order has not yet been processed and shipped then it can be cancelled by doing the following:

1. Go to "My orders".
2. Select the order you want to cancel and click on it to open the order.
3. Click on the "Cancel order" button.

The money for the canceled order will be returned to you within 7-14 business days.
